WORTHINGTON -- Ten deeds were recorded for Worthington properties between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carried a sale price so far, led by a $1.5 million transaction on Huntington Road.

345 Harvey Rd sold for $429,030 on Oct. 8. The seller was listed as Collin McEneney; the buyers were listed as New American Funding LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.
