GRANBY -- Of the 13 property transfers recorded in Granby between July 17 and August 15, only two disclosed a sale price, and seven listed a bank or credit union as either buyer or seller.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Batchelor Street had the most recorded activity of any street, with three filings: 391 Batchelor St. (July 17, price not disclosed), 162 Batchelor St. (July 21, price not disclosed) and 88 Batchelor St. (July 24, price not disclosed). No other street had more than one recorded transaction in the period; the remaining 10 filings were spread across 10 separate addresses, including Common, Kendall, Taylor, North, West, Granby Heights, East and Harris streets.
