Smith and Russell G. Smith were sellers; Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. were buyers. 73 County Rd sold for $150,000 on Sept. 15. Kurt Mengel and Andrea J. Mengel were sellers; Polish National Credit Union was the buyer. No other deeds recorded in the period carried a price at this time.

Harris as trustees, and 40 Sampson Rd, where Christopher J. Saner and Susan M. Miller transferred to themselves as trustees. Two other recordings were homestead filings rather than property sales: a release of homestead at 126 Pisgah Rd and a declaration of homestead at 2 Pleasant St. One entry, 1 Pond Brook Rd, recorded Sept. 30, listed Noel W.
