CHESTERFIELD -- Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show 14 property filings referencing Chesterfield from Sept. 11 through Oct. 10, but none of the 11 actual property transfers in that batch carried a recorded sale price, leaving this period's market value undetermined for now.

In the one transfer moving the other direction, Kathryn Von Schoeler transferred 67 Fuller Rd. to Greenfield Savings Bank.

Fuller Road saw three recorded filings this period: the transfer of 67 Fuller Rd. from Kathryn Von Schoeler to Greenfield Savings Bank on Sept. 30; the transfer of 71 Fuller Rd. from CJ Lammers and Sarah Rauber into the CJ Lammers Trust on Sept. 14; and a declaration of homestead at 17 Fuller Rd., filed the same day by Sarah Rauber and CJ Lammers as trustees. Main Road also saw three filings: property transfers at 0 Main Rd. and 588 Main Rd., and a declaration of homestead at 135 Main Rd. The remaining five property transfers were spread one apiece across Stage Road, East Street, Cummington Road, Sugar Hill Road, South Street, Bissell Road and North Road, plus one unaddressed Chesterfield parcel; no other street had more than one filing.

Separately, Rauber and Lammers also filed a declaration of homestead at 17 Fuller Rd. the same day.
