Pelham Deed Prices Span $25,000 To $200,000 In Late September

PELHAM -- Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show eight property transfers in Pelham between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only four carry a sale price so far, and half of the eight involve a bank, a mortgage-servicing entity or a same-owner trust transfer rather than a sale to a new buyer.

Eight deeds were recorded in Pelham during the four-week period. Four have a sale price on file, ranging from $25,000 to $200,000, with a median of $125,000. The other four sales show price not yet available; sale prices typically appear in registry data within about a week of recording, so that gap is expected for the most recent filings and does not necessarily mean anything about those particular transactions. At 95 Packardville Rd, sellers Margaret and Samuel Arcikowski transferred the property to Member Advantage Mortgage and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. for $25,000.
