Only two of 11 Williamsburg deed transactions carry a disclosed price

WILLIAMSBURG -- Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show 11 property transactions in Williamsburg between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only two carried a disclosed sale price, limiting what the data can show about the town's broader market.

10 North Main St, Unit 2, sold for $290,000 on July 24. Arthur Scott sold the condominium unit to Deborah Lyons.

103 Petticoat Hill Rd sold for $120,000 on July 27. Jeremy David Jackman and Jaime Recore Jackman transferred the property to Greenfield Savings Bank.

No other transactions recorded in this period included a disclosed sale price.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

North Main Street saw the most recording activity of any street in the period, with three entries: the $290,000 sale of 10 North Main St, Unit 2, a related homestead declaration filed on the same unit, and a separate transaction at 3 North Main St in which Greenfield Savings Bank transferred property to Rachel Koh and Saarah Nichols, price not disclosed.

Petticoat Hill Road also had two recorded entries: the $120,000 transfer at 103 Petticoat Hill Rd and a homestead declaration filed on the Lastowski property at 4 Petticoat Hill Rd.

The remaining transactions were spread across individual streets: Nash Hill Road, Goshen Road, Main Street, South Street, and Grove Street each had one recorded entry.
