WARE -- The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded seven property transfers involving Ware addresses between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one of those records disclosed a sale price, leaving most of the month's activity undocumented in dollar terms.

Because that is the only disclosed price, it also stands as the period's low, high and median. The other six deeds -- covering homestead declarations and transfers involving the Town of Ware -- carried no listed price, which the registry treats as normal for certain deed types. NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Maple Avenue accounted for two of the seven recorded deeds, both dated July 9 -- one transferring the address to the Town of Ware, the other recording a homestead declaration by Marques Rosangela. No other street had more than one recorded transfer in the period. The remaining addresses -- Spring Street, Webb Court, Boivin Avenue and Wildflower Drive -- each appear once, with no additional geographic clustering evident in the data.
