The second-highest was 85 Chipman Road, which sold for $39,750 on Aug. 21. The sellers were Barry E. Bernard and Meghan J. Bernard, and the buyer was Westfield Bank.

The third disclosed sale was 0 West Hill Road, which sold for $16,007 on Sept. 2. The seller was listed as Kalehua Alana, and the buyer was Legacy Land Co LLC.

A fourth transfer, at 30 River Road, was recorded Aug. 10 with no sale price disclosed. The sellers were listed as Michael M. Peros, as personal representative, and the Estate of John Peter Peros; the buyer of record was listed as "Affidavit Regarding Estate Tax," indicating an estate-related filing rather than a conventional sale.
