WESTHAMPTON -- Eleven property deeds were recorded in Westhampton between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only three included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $38,672 to $79,600, according to Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records.

The remaining eight transfers, including mortgage-related transfers, municipal acquisitions, and trust or homestead filings, did not include a sale price. Because deeds with disclosed pricing made up fewer than a third of the period's total, the available data offers a limited view of prevailing home values in town during this stretch.

83 Northwest Rd. sold for $79,600 on July 22. Britiany Browning was the seller; UMassFive College Federal Credit Union was the buyer.

306 Main Rd. sold for $47,000 on July 27. Mark A. Ducharme was the seller; UMassFive College Federal Credit Union was the buyer.

33 North Rd. sold for $38,672 on July 27. Charles H. Burgess and Mary Lou Burgess were the sellers. The buyers were the town of Chesterfield and the Massachusetts Community Development Block Grant Program.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Northwest Road saw the most recorded activity in the period, with three deeds: 79 Northwest Rd. (Aug. 6, price not disclosed), 83 Northwest Rd. ($79,600) and 114 Northwest Rd. (July 17, price not disclosed). North Road had two recorded deeds: 91 North Rd. (Aug. 6, price not disclosed) and 33 North Rd. ($38,672).
