Chesterfield disclosed sale prices span $25,000 to $160,000 this period

CHESTERFIELD -- Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show nine property transfers in Chesterfield between July 10 and Aug. 8, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $25,000 to $160,000 and a median of $100,000 among the five transactions that listed a price.

The registry recorded nine deed transfers in the four-week period. Five of the nine listed a sale price; those five ranged from $25,000 to $160,000, with a median of $100,000. The other four transactions did not disclose a consideration amount, which is common in deed filings and does not necessarily indicate the property's value. 59 Cummington Road sold for $160,000 on July 20, the period's highest disclosed price. The sellers were Jesse T. McMillan and Jessica L. McMillan; the buyer was Freedom Credit Union.

67 Fuller Road and 67 Munson Road each sold for $100,000. The Fuller Road property changed hands Aug. 7 from seller Kathryn Von Schoeler to buyer MassMutual Federal Credit Union. The Munson Road property sold Aug. 5 from sellers Laura R. Dimmler and Rebecca Giusti to buyer Florence Bank.

92 South Street sold for $98,000 on July 29. The sellers were Laura Noel and Joshua M. Noel; the buyer was Polish National Credit Union.

48 Mount Road sold for $25,000 on July 20, the lowest disclosed price of the period. The sellers were Robert J. Germain and Sarah A. Germain; the buyer was Greenfield Savings Bank.
