Ware Home Sale Prices Span $29,352 to $278,000 With Median at $230,000

WARE -- Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show 17 property transfers in Ware between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only five carried a recorded sale price by the reporting deadline, with the highest at $278,000 for a Maple Avenue property.

70 West St sold for $230,000 on Aug. 21. Seller Jeffrey Bousquet transferred the property to Guaranteed Rate Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.

68 West Warren Rd sold for $100,000 on Aug. 28. Sellers Nicholas R. Farland and Ashton T. Farland transferred the property to Country Bank for Savings.

188 Old Belchertown Rd sold for $29,352 on Aug. 25. Sellers William Midwood IV and Amy Midwood transferred the property to Loandepot Com LLC.
