Four priced sales in Easthampton span $10,000 to $444,000 this period

EASTHAMPTON -- Eleven deeds were recorded in Easthampton between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices had posted for only four of them by the time records were pulled, leaving most of the period's transactions without a public price tag for now.

TOP SALES The highest-priced transaction was 12 Johnson Ave, which sold for $444,000 on Aug. 21. Grantwood Union LLC was the seller and Greenfield Savings Bank the buyer. At 165 Main St, H Property Ventures LLC sold to Figure Lending LLC and Dart Collateral Manager LLC for $98,729 on Aug. 24. A property listed only under the Easthampton municipal address sold for $40,000 on Aug. 24, with Scott C. and Carol A. McCarthy as sellers and BankESB as buyer. And 8 Plain St sold for $10,000 on Aug. 21, transferring from Alison Kleppinger to Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union. Bed, bath and square-footage figures were not available in the deed data for any of these sales.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Main Street saw two transfers in the period: 165 Main St ($98,729) and 336 Main St, from Thomas M. Woolley to Easthampton Mahadev LLC, for which no price has yet been recorded.
