Pelham Sale Prices Range From $75,000 To $200,000 In Early Data

PELHAM -- The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded nine property transfers in Pelham between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carried a sale price by the time this roundup was compiled. The two available prices ranged from $75,000 to $200,000.

60 Harkness Rd. sold for $200,000 on Sept. 10. The seller was listed as Warren S. Hall Jr., trustee of the Warren S. Hall Jr. Investment Trust; the buyer was Greenfield Cooperative Bank.

62 Daniel Shays Highway sold for $75,000 on Sept. 11. The sellers were listed as Kelly Anne Scroggins and Holly Okula Scroggins; the buyer was PeoplesBank.

The remaining seven recorded transfers, listed below by street, have no sale price available yet: 222 North Valley Rd., 24 Golf Rd., 5 Jones Rd., 133 Amherst Rd., 37 Amherst Rd., 54 Meetinghouse Rd. and 21 Arnold Rd.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Amherst Road had two recorded transfers in the period: 133 Amherst Rd. on Sept. 3 and 37 Amherst Rd. on Aug. 31. No other street had more than one recorded transfer. By price tier, the two transactions with recorded prices fall into the under-$500,000 range: $75,000 and $200,000. The remaining seven addresses, spread across North Valley Road, Golf Road, Jones Road, Amherst Road, Meetinghouse Road and Arnold Road, cannot yet be sorted into a price tier because no consideration amount has been recorded.
