Of those, three included a recorded sale price, ranging from $15,000 to $272,000, with a median of $40,000. Two transfers were nominal-consideration transactions, recorded for a token amount and not counted as market sales. Three entries were homestead declarations or releases, legal filings tied to a property rather than sales of it.
