EASTHAMPTON -- Eleven property transfers were recorded in Easthampton during October, though only four included a sale price in the registry data obtained so far, ranging from $43,000 to $468,750 with a median of $275,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW Eleven deed transfers were recorded in Easthampton from Oct. 2 through Oct. 31, 2026. Four of those transfers included a sale price in the data obtained so far, with prices ranging from $43,000 to $468,750 and a median of $275,000. Two entries were nominal-consideration transfers, which are not counted as market sales or included in the price range or median. The remaining five transfers have no price yet, which is common in the days after a deed is recorded. Clark; the buyer was TruNorth Bank.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Northampton Street accounted for two of the month's 11 transfers: 55 Northampton St., which sold for $468,750, and 150 Northampton St., for which no price is yet available. All four priced sales fell under $500,000, with the group spanning $43,000 to $468,750; three of the four were priced above $200,000. No other street had more than one recorded transfer this month.

MARKET NOTES Three of the four priced transactions listed a bank or mortgage company as buyer: Rocket Mortgage LLC, TruNorth Bank, which appears twice, and Citizens Bank NA. Among transactions without a price yet, buyers also included lending entities GoodLeap LLC and On The Hill LLC, and Bank of America NA appeared as a seller on the 138 West St. transfer. One of the month's two nominal-consideration transfers, covering an unspecified Easthampton address, moved from Richard R.
