Disclosed Worthington sale prices span $21,400 to $150,000 in August

WORTHINGTON -- Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show eight property transfers in Worthington between July 31 and August 29, but only three carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $21,400 to $150,000.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Old North Rd. saw two transfers in the period: 418 Old North Rd. ($150,000, July 31) and 263 Old North Rd. (price not disclosed, Aug. 18), the latter with Florence Bank as seller and Laurence S. Hannan and Darryl L. Hollister as buyers.
