Disclosed Chesterfield Home Sales Span $100,000 To $340,000 In August

CHESTERFIELD -- Eleven deeds were recorded in Chesterfield during the period, but only three listed a sale price, limiting a full picture of the local market. Ireland Street saw the most activity of any street, with three separate transfers recorded during the period.

MARKET OVERVIEW

The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Chesterfield between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026. Of those, three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $100,000 to $340,000, with a median of $100,000. The remaining eight transfers did not include a disclosed consideration amount. Recordings were spread across the period, with deeds filed on eight different dates from Aug. 3 through Aug. 25, roughly one every two to three days. 67 Munson Rd. sold for $100,000, recorded Aug. 5. Laura R. Dimmler and Rebecca Giusti were the sellers; Florence Bank was the buyer.

No other transfers in the period disclosed a sale price. Bed, bath and square-footage figures are not available from deed records and are omitted.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Ireland Street: Three transfers were recorded on Ireland Street during the period, at 309 Ireland St. (Aug. 25, price not disclosed), 195 Ireland St. (Aug. 3, price not disclosed) and 9 Ireland St. (Aug. 14, $340,000), making it the most active street in the dataset.

Cummington Road: Two transfers were recorded, at 55 Cummington Rd. (Aug. 21, price not disclosed) and 59 Cummington Rd. (Aug. 21, price not disclosed), both recorded the same day.
