TOP SALES The highest disclosed price in the period was $308,000, paid for the property at 3 North Main St. The deed, recorded June 24, shows sellers Sarah Nichols and Rachel Koh conveying the property to buyers Jim Woodside and Holly Worthington.

A second instrument for the identical address -- same sellers, same recording date -- lists the Town of Williamsburg as grantee at no disclosed price.
