Pelham Home Sale Prices Range From $75,000 To $200,000 In September

PELHAM -- Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded eight documents tied to Pelham properties between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only five represented an actual change in property ownership. The other three were a foreclosure-related order of notice and two homestead declarations filed by existing owners, not sales.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Of the five ownership transfers, three carried a recorded sale price so far: $75,000, $175,000 and $200,000, for a median of $175,000. The other two transfers, at 24 Golf Rd. and 5 Jones Rd., had not yet had price data reach the registry as of this report; that is typical for recently recorded deeds and usually means the price will post within about a week. 133 Amherst Rd. sold for $175,000 on Sept. 23. Karen C. Bray was the seller; the buyers were George P. Goulas, trustee, and the Pelham Realty Trust.

62 Daniel Shays Highway sold for $75,000 on Sept. 11. Kelly Anne Scroggins and Holly Okula Scroggins were the sellers; the buyer was PeoplesBank.
