NORTHAMPTON -- The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 14 Northampton property transactions between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only two included a disclosed sale price, leaving most of the period's activity without a clear read on value. A four-property cluster of activity on Bridge Road was the most notable geographic pattern in the batch.
