GOSHEN -- Eight property transfers were recorded in Goshen between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, 2026, according to Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records, with sale prices available for half of them so far. Recorded prices ranged from $20,000 to $249,000, with a median of $94,500 among the four transactions carrying a figure.

The fourth priced sale was 2 Cape St., which sold for $20,000 on Sept. 18, with seller Robert J. Thomas and buyer Michael George.
