AMHERST -- Ten deeds were recorded at the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds for Amherst properties between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026, but only two of those transactions disclosed a sale price: a $547,000 single-family sale on North Pleasant Street and a $150,000 condominium sale on Amity Place. The remaining eight recorded documents, which included mortgage-related filings, a homestead declaration and two municipal land transfers, did not list a consideration amount.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Triangle Street: Two adjoining parcels, 72 and 82 Triangle Street, transferred from Good Ol Daves LLC to the town of Amherst on July 10. Neither deed disclosed a price, and both share the same grantor and grantee, making Triangle Street the period's only street with more than one recorded transfer to the same buyer.

Lincoln Avenue: Two documents involving Lincoln Avenue Partners LLC and Westfield Bank as sellers were recorded July 10, one referencing 171 Lincoln Avenue and one listing no street address. Both list "Rents" as the grantee, and neither discloses a price.
