Easthampton Cultural Council met without a quorum and took no votes, but opened discussion of the 2027 grant cycle. A member said "technically we need five" members to vote, so the August minutes were put off. The agenda lists the state block grant at $16,900, up $400.
The Easthampton Cultural Council voted unanimously to keep its local grant priorities and move item 15 up. A member moved and another seconded, per the minutes. Treasurer Nancy Natale said the council has about $230 left, and a member said it funded 32 projects totaling $16,500 this year.
Easthampton Cultural Council agreed to send out a community survey on grant guidelines and priorities.
