NORTHAMPTON -- May 14, 2026, Northampton Planning Board unanimously approved lighting waivers for Cooley Dickinson Hospital's ambulance canopy, allowing brighter and bluer light than city code permits. The board voted 5-0 at its May 14 meeting to grant a site plan amendment permitting 4,000 Kelvin color temperature,
