Planning Board · Meeting of November 3, 2026

HADLEY — The Planning Board approved a full slate of site reviews, all by 5-0 roll call, and set Dec. 1 for a joint 40R meeting. Members found a 55-panel, roughly 29-kilowatt ground-mounted solar array at 329 Russell Street and an accessory dwelling unit at 115 West Street met administrative review, and approved signs for Citizens Bank, Silver Anvil and 104 Middle Street. They waived further site plan review for Chiley's facade work and paid an $803.12 Pioneer Valley Planning Commission invoice.

A member said he would put a question to Town Counsel, through the town administrator's office, on whether a proposed cannabis delivery operation at the former Getty Mart counts as retail under the town's limit.
